Compliance Master: A Full Operational Platform, Not
When we announced Compliance Master, a lot of the conversation understandably centred
on the BS7858 screening automation — auto-sent reference requests, SIA licence checks,
watchlist checks. It’s a genuinely powerful piece of the system, and it’s why the launch was
worth waiting for.
But screening is one part of a much bigger platform. Compliance Master was built to be the
single system a security company runs its entire operational compliance through — from the
moment a staff member is onboarded to the reports you hand an auditor months later.
Here’s a more balanced look at what’s actually in it.
Lone Worker Safety: GPS Tracking & Panic Alarm
For security staff working alone or attending call-outs, safety monitoring isn’t a nice-to-
have. Compliance Master includes continuous GPS tracking that follows the person
throughout their shift — including when they’re in a vehicle attending an alarm, so there’s no
gap in visibility between “on foot” and “on the road.”
Built directly into the staff platform is a panic button, giving staff a direct, real-time way to
alert management the moment something goes wrong, alongside live incident reporting so
issues are logged and visible as they happen rather than written up after the fact. Together,
these turn the platform into a genuine duty-of-care tool, not just a compliance tracker.
Staff & Shift Management
The admin platform lets you manage your entire workforce from one dashboard — adding
staff, assigning training, and managing rotas with bulk CSV upload rather than manual entry.
As soon as a rota is uploaded, staff see their shifts in real time on their own platform, with
clock-on reminders sent as each shift starts — a small feature with a real impact on
preventing wage discrepancies and disputes down the line.
Document Management
Compliance documentation has a habit of quietly going out of date. Compliance Master
tracks document review dates, upcoming audits, and register changes, and sendsreminders automatically — so nothing is discovered to be overdue only when an auditor asks
for it. This is the backbone that keeps a company audit-ready year-round, not just in the
weeks before an assessment.
Supplier Management
Less talked about, but operationally important: the system manages your approved supplier
list, ensuring only pre-approved suppliers are used for pre-approved products. For

Training Management
Every staff member gets access to their assigned training directly through their own

company profile in real time, and reference requests are auto-sent to former employers
across a 5 or 10-year period — alongside built-in watchlist and SIA licence checks. It’s one

pounds a month for systems that did far less than this — so we built something better, and
priced it fairly.
